Palazzo Villas is a privately owned collection of modern, design-led luxury pool villas across Thailand, created and managed by Lina and Roger Palazzo, an Australian–Italian couple supported by a dedicated local Thai team. With decades of combined experience in commercial real estate, development, fashion and hospitality, we build every villa for one purpose, to offer a refined, effortless, and memorable escape for guests who expect more than the ordinary.

Our approach is simple.

We design, build, and operate each villa ourselves, from the architecture and interiors to the guest experience and ongoing management. This means every detail reflects our personal standards of comfort, beauty, and functionality. Nothing is generic, nothing is “off the shelf”, and nothing is left to chance.
